The Cowichan Valley’s only food delivery service that is 100% for the farmers. Choose from hundreds of products ranging from fresh produce, meat and dairy, to baked goods, frozen meals and even seeds and starters for your garden. Order online for delivery every Thursday, or order to any Cow-op pick up location scattered throughout the Cowichan Valley, including at our kitchen in Lake Cowichan.
